The 2nd phase of consultation with civil society organizations is underway for the presentation of the results of the consultation on the amendment of Chapters 5 to 9 of the Constitution.
The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Justice & Constitutional Affairs XFS, Mr. Faysal Adan Hassan, told the participants of the Second Phase of the Youth Consultation that they were returned to the benefit of the views and suggestions they gave in the previous consultation on the proposed amendments to Chapters 5 - 9 of the Constitution. To see their old opinions and views rewritten again.
Senator Saeed Abdi Hassan Cowke, who is the secretary of the Constitutional Monitoring Committee of the BFS Parliament, who spoke at the opening of the second phase of the Youth Consultation Conference, gave a brief explanation to the participants about the purpose of the meeting and its importance.
The Chairman of the Independent Commission for Review and Implementation of the Constitution, Avv.Hon Burhan Adan Omar, who opened the second phase of the youth consultation meeting explained the process of reviewing the constitution, especially the consultation on the proposed amendments to Chapters 5 to 9 of the Constitution.
